CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE (CIPP) RENEWAL
The CIPP lining process consists of a liner pre-impregnated with epoxy resin that is inverted into the host pipe. The liner and resin harden, creating a structural, long-term ‘pipe within a pipe’ rehabilitation. Once the liner is cured with ambient or ultraviolet (UV) light, branch line connections are reinstated using a lateral reinstatement robotic tool that cuts through the liner and seals the connection.
In most cases, CIPP is installed with minimal disruption to tenants or building operations
Seals cracks and large voids
Fast ultraviolet (UV) light curing
CIPP has a 50 year design life
Stops root and water infiltration
Can be executed with one access point
